  • 24 hour Cancellation

    Every appointment is important and time has been reserved specifically for you so wecan best accommodate each service you have scheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a 24 hour notice. This gives an opportunity to adjust our schedule, and contact clients on the wait list.

    A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in 50% charge of the service(s) scheduled. No call-No show, will result in 100% charge in order to schedule a future appointment with us.

  • PROMPTNESS

    Please arrive on time for your appointment. After 15 minutes we will need to reschedule your appointment. If you are running late, please send a courtesy message.

  • Studio Courtesy

    A courtesy email and text message are sent upon scheduling, 2 days before your appointment, 24 hours before your appointment and 8 hours before your appointment. Please keep in mind that you are responsible to remember your appointment information in order to avoid missed appointments and fees. You are welcome to contact US about appointment information if you are unsure.

  • SPA ETIQUETTE

    Please finish all phone calls before entering the spa. Silence or put your phone on vibrate. We aim to create a relaxing environment for those enjoying our facility.

  • refunds and exchanges

    All gift cards and online gift certificates are final sale, no refunds. Gift cards and online gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Products purchased can be exchanged or returned if more than half full. The product container must be in new condition with eligible font. Exchanges and returns will be accepted within 60 days of purchase.
